Allan Whisler, Minnie and Family

(Henry) Allen Whisler was Aaron's brother, he married Minnie Ogden and who moved to the Inglewood, CA area to farm there. He was previously a minister at the Fairview Church of the Brethren. Ellie Whisler also married Orlando Ogden from Udell who was Minnie's brother. There are a lot of Whislers who are relation to our family in California. Allen was buried in Inglewood CA.

The younger photo of Allen above was taken when he was a student at theological seminary,  after which he took the minister's position at Fairview Church of the Brethren. Henry instilled a good example of the appreciation of a fine education, and Allan and Aaron both made good use of theirs, both becoming outstanding agriculturalists, and being active in school organization.
