Henry Whistler was the son of John Whistler and Anna Spitler.

Boutetourt Co.Virginia was the area that the Henry Whistler family called home for 3 generations.. This is the Blue Ridge Mountain area of Virginia. Henry left Virginia, moving to Wayne Co. Ind. where his first two children were born. They moved then to Udell, Iowa, where my line stayed until 1926. At that time M.A. Whisler's family moved to Illinois, settling in Bricktown..
